We at Expree believe in perfect shipping model wherein we work very hard to ensure we ship your order in perfect packaging and condition. We have also vowed not to mix up orders so that you don’t get a laughing Buddha instead of a handmade cushion cover.

We would like you to be at ease while shopping with us and even after that. If you want to return for the reasons mentioned above (damaged item/mixed up item) please do not panic and instead follow the below mentioned simple steps:

1. Please call us on +91 (080) 40554800 stating your order no. Here, our customer care facilitator will guide you to the rest of the process which is nothing but verifying your details and order details. Once the order is confirmed for Return, we will send you an email confirming our order return with the address of the return location.

2. For all returns, the customer, at their own expenses, have to return the product back to the address as mentioned in the e-mail.

3. Once we confirm the receipt of the product, we will initiate the replacement/refund of the product.

4. Please note that, no exchanges/refunds will be accepted in case of color variations and size. (Usually, for all footwear/clothes etc, our designer call the customer to confirm the sizing. If you have a specific query regarding the size, please email us at, we will help you out)

5. Please note that, there will be slight variations in the colors of the products. Also, since most of the products are handmade so there will be slight difference from one product to another, and this is what makes them uniuqe.


  1. Please note down the package tracking number (the same way we did it for you) and update us through email ( with your order no, return ID and of course the Tracking number.

  2. Please keep the pick-up receipt of the package till we confirm that we have received the package.

In case you want to cancel your order (though we fail to understand why would you do that), please ensure to cancel the order before it is shipped from our warehouse. To cancel please email us as at: or call us as +91 80 40554800. If the order is shipped then the above mentioned policy rules apply.


Upon successful processing of your return/cancellation, the item value (invoice value) will be credited to your Expree account. These credit points are NOT transferable and cannot be adjusted against cash. These credit points can be used during your next purchase.
