Time taken to deliver your product?

When you order from our website, we ensure that your order is processed within 24-48 hours and delivered to you in 7-10 business days. We have mentioned the approximately delivery time associated with each product. Delivery/Shipping Charges

As of now we offer limited period Free shipping across India. For CoD orders, we charge Rs. 100 per shipment. Also, shipping charges cannot be waived off with discount coupons. 

Was late from work, so couldn’tpick up the order?

Our shipping partner will leave a message to you at your address for alternative address or pick–up arrangement. In case you fail to pick up the order, the shipment will be sent back to us or our partner. In this case we have the right to deduct the shipping charges on actuals from your payment. The balance amount (i.e. Total Payment Amount – Shipping Charges) will be credited to your yellowtrunk.com account or a special coupon will be mailed to you. Change of Shipping Address

In case you want to change your shipping address after placing the order, then please call our customer service at +91 80 40554800. If the order is already shipped then we will not be able to change the shipping address.

Tracking your Order

Please log on to my account page of Expree.in. You can track the status of your order from My Orders section under My Account.

My product is damaged or wrong product is delivered?

This almost never happens. Firstly we apologize for this.In case we have shipped you a damaged product or wrong product has been delivered to you, then we will replace the same product as soon as possible or we will refund the entire amount. Please ensure to call or email us within 48 hours of the delivery of the product otherwise we will not be able to initiate returns. Please read our Refunds Policy for more information.

How will I receive the refund?

All refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card.

Refunds for cash payments will be issued either through an account payee cheque in the customer’s name (as given in “billing name” at time of purchase), or an online transfer via NEFT to customer’s bank account.
